Return and Refund Policy:

At Loutaya, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand your rights and options.

1. Returns:

  • We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days from the date of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 – 10 working days.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods such as tea, unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds:

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for a replacement or exchange.

3. Exchanges:

  • Certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded, which includes perishable goods like our tea (unless faulty or damaged).
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded, which includes perishable goods like our tea (unless faulty or damaged)

5. Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
